In the meanwhile, what about creating a page in Pharo webpage about "mobile" and we link there the binaries for the iOS and android vm ? or maybe in the same page of Download but in a different paragraph.

It is more a way for Apple to restrict distribution of apps. We don't have this problem with Android apps.
