PharoInbox/Multilingual-nice.54 Fix for (StringTest new testUnescapePercentsWithTextEncoding) A zealous unicode refactoring changed toUnicode: -> byteToUnicode: in ShiftJISTextConverter>>#nextFromStream. Clearly, ShiftJIS is not byte-encoded, so I revert the change
