The usual multi window is always available if you the Open In Tabs option... is defaulted to false. So compose what you have in the tabbed pane and open the rest.. but even the tabbed pane can be smart to open all windows but except those that have #canOpenInTabbedPane property set to false. Two Panels as they appear for the Pharo Image when you have opened.. navigatable between three fixed Worlds/ Panels as I call them.

And if anyone mistakes me... I am not hung about Tabbed Pane as the best and only way, it is the perception I see for the immediate goal I have.. and I will work on longer term on more refined directions I am getting here from everyone.

There is no one rule fits all situation here.. so I am working towards picking this line for now.. and will move ahead sooner rather than later.
