[Pharo-project] Where to get SIXX?
Hi, I've looked/Googled for SIXX (and YAXO) packages, but can't find anywhere. I've found XML-Support, but not sure if this is the same as YAXO? The Sixx mcz in Pharo squeaksource is empty (should it be?) as I assume it is only extensions. I am using Pharo 1.0 RC2. Many thanks, John. Hi, I am not sure (I didn't test it), but 1) download the sar from ftp://swikis.ddo.jp/SIXX/squeak/SIXX20091024.sar 2) Put the sar in the same directory where the image is. 3) Evaluate " SARInstaller installSAR:'SIXX20091024.sar'. " Then, another option, maybe (I haven't test it) is to install the project XMLPullParser form squeaksource. Good luck. Mariano I am using Pharo 1.0 RC2.
Many thanks, John.

Hi, Latest stable version is available on SqueakMap: http://map.squeak.org/package/60663648-6b83-4b61-9f06-e58c33565d75 Development version is here: http://squeaksource.blueplane.jp/SIXX/ For all platforms: http://www.mars.dti.ne.jp/~umejava/smalltalk/sixx/index.html There are some forks on SIXX (pull parser support, etc). I'm merging those changes slowly... Cheers. 2010/2/6 John Thornborrow <john@pinesoft.co.uk>:

Hi,
Masashi thanks for subscribing and answer :)

We removed SqueakMap from Pharo :(
Development version is here: http://squeaksource.blueplane.jp/SIXX/
Good to know.
For all platforms: http://www.mars.dti.ne.jp/~umejava/smalltalk/sixx/index.html<http://www.mars.dti.ne.jp/%7Eumejava/smalltalk/sixx/index.html>
What we would need to do now is to take a Squeak image, download (or just browse) from SqueakMap de latest SIXX version, check which monticello versions uses for each package and convert that SqueakMap version into a Metacello configuration (and create the last version, of course). Someone volunteer to do this ? Mariano

Cheers.
