I also tried to build the image from a Pharo image but I also found a problem that I am reporting from inside Pharo which is cool.

If the One-click 1.1.1 you downloaded came with a Cog-vm, then there are image-changes that needs to be in place for running on Cog which weren't there for 1.0. See f.ex. issue 2579 on the tracker. Cheers, Henry
