[Pharo-project] Nautilus question
It is showing the class side methods in bold. Is that intentional? Can we change it to something else? Blue, maybe -- but not bold! Is hard to read... - Francisco
It's intentional :) For now, you can't change it easily (ie by using a setting). Open a bug entry and I will try to change that :) Ben On Apr 30, 2012, at 7:03 PM, Francisco Garau wrote:

Not necessarily a setting, a good default value (e.g., blue color as Francisco suggest) should be enough? On 30/04/12 10:13, Benjamin wrote:

It is bold because previously we thought that the good default value is bold ^^ These kind of stuff clearly depend of the users (and the habits ^^) Ben On Apr 30, 2012, at 7:50 PM, Francois Stephany wrote:

Right! I don't really care if its bold/blue/blinking as long as it shows me that i'm in the class side. It's just that bold seems to be shouting at me ;) Haha, speaking of habits my muscle memory was so trained to OB that I'm still struggling with Nautilus ;) Super nice browser anyway! I also think bold is too much ;) (sorry for not suggesting anything better) On Mon, Apr 30, 2012 at 7:03 PM, Francisco Garau <francisco.garau@gmail.com>wrote:

With blue, it render like that: For me it looks strange, but it's probably because I am used to the bold version :) By the way, a setting is a good thing :) Ben On Apr 30, 2012, at 8:59 PM, Mariano Martinez Peck wrote:

Thanks Ben - I agree, that blue is a bit shouty... I'd try with the same (darker) blue currently being used in the syntax highlighting. Or the grey background that you use in the package pane when showing the class Hierarchy. Thanks again, Francisco On 1 May 2012 00:31, Benjamin <benjamin.vanryseghem.pharo@gmail.com> wrote:

This one is with a Darker Blue which looks quite acceptable to me.. On 30 April 2012 20:07, Benjamin <benjamin.vanryseghem.pharo@gmail.com>wrote:
