[Pharo-project] How to Meta-Click on Windows
I've just installed Pharo 1.4 and Pharo By Example (PBE) 1 on my Windows Vista laptop (with two button track-pad). I've attempted every modifier key (Shift-, Ctrl-, Fn-, Alt- and AltGr-) on both of the trackpad buttons, and I cannot bring up the Morphic halo (as an example use of meta-clicking) PBE suggests using the Preference Browser (System > Preferences > Preference Browser) to change the swapControlAndAltKeys option in the keyboard category. ( This is now System > Settings > Settings Browser, then System > Keyboard > Control and Alt Keys ) I've tried setting it to "Swapped" and to "Handled apart", but nothing brings up the Morphic halo. I am using Moose 4.7 based off Pharo 1.4 on Windows 7 and use SHIFT-ALT to get halos. System > Keyboard > Control and Alt keys = Full Matching.
