if the first run wit hMCDataStream on: ... fails, it uses the "otherwise" path.

But that one does not handle Trait definitions correctly.

I don't know why the first one (MCDataStream ...) fails on some packages, may have something to do with

non-ascii characters but I don't know if it failed always at that place and only the implementation in the

second path changed?
