An additional problem is referring to old identifiers that are no
longer in the image.
1. Upack fresh #30487 build
2. Create a new package 'MyXXXTest'
3. Delete package 'MyYYYTest'
4. Hit shift-enter to start Spotlight
5. Type 'My'
Observe that MyYYYTest appears in the list. It should not since it
does not exist.
Same behaviour if you create and immediately delete a class e.g.
MyZ1Test
Not sure whether that should be a separate Case.
