There is also the possibility of running a webapp inside pharo and use that on a second display showing some content in a web browser.

In fact,you could use as many displays as you want that way.

Well, I'm working on that (for Athens, with Igor) :)
But is still work in progress... it still needs some iterations. If you can wait a bit, it will be ready to test more ore less soon (for mac sooner than other platforms).
