Having automatically inst vars in a dictionary is interesting it could allow to have more inst vars than the maximum limit.

This is now finally in #478. This is for notch just a subclass to have a normal InstanceVariable in a hidden version,
later we will use the wrapping machism that we use already for MetaLinks to make it possible to hide any slot.
(e.g. BooleanSlot will use a BitFieldSlot that might span multiple ivars).

For the first version this simple version should be enough.��
