Hi folks. Here is the PharoDev RC4 based on the PharoCore 1.0 10517.<br><br>There are few things new:<br><br>- Little OB fixes<br>- Now we have preload Metacello version 1.0-beta.25<br>- Little fix in changelog.txt<br>- Updated links in workspace<br>

Now....VERY soon we will release PharoDev 1.0 stable.
