Great to see an article on this subject.�� Probably its at a good level for pharo-users mail list as well, so I've copied there.�� Don't worry about the limited response.�� Many in pharo-dev probably know this subject well.�� It is still good to have it laid out like you did for newcomers to google when they need to know.
