Could someone explain what Penelope is and why we need it?<div>We need it now (fogbugz) but we didn&#39;t need it before (google code)?</div><div>What does it do?</div><div>Doesn&#39;t fogbugz provide what penelope does? �from the website I just see the items and I can filter by groups...isn&#39;t that provided by fogbugz?</div>
