I tried to connect on the the slave��pharo-linux64-2 and it has timeout even with the wget on the same URL. So it is some network issue not related directly to Pharo.��

ZnCharacterEncoderTests>>#testByteEncoderFromUrl started failing on the CI infrastructure but it passes fine for normal users and used to behave well in the past.

It gets a file from the internet and does some stuff with it, very simple.

Any ideas ?
