We can now (again) load and initialize Morphic and tools after unloading it.�

Main problems to solve:

-�Multilingual packages are problematic to load

-�ThemeIcons>>#iconSelectors message finds Object>>#systemIcon too

for simplicity we do not load most of the tests and NativeBoost.
