Put a halt in SystemChangeNotifier >> #methodRemoved: aMethod selector: aSymbol inProtocol: protocol class: aClass

Then evaluate:

TestCase compile: 'foo'.
TestCase removeSelectorSilently: #foo.

And the halt stops....

I am doing something wrong?
