What is the best way to include C++ projects like:

1) openCV

2) an OCR

3)�CMU Sphinx

4) AutoHotkey

5) a screen capture

and how does one figure out how to locate documentation on existing tools like:

1) Audio Input and manipulation by FFT for audio object recognition

2) Video input and graphic object recognition

3) Picture input�and graphic object recognition

Is there an application guide? �Many project packages seem harder to figure out than classes like Dictionary and OrderedCollection for some reason. �Any suggestions? �Thank you.
