Issues on fogbugz have 3 global states:
1. OPENED
2. RESOLVED
3. CLOSED
OPENED:
- add description
- reported issue
=> add a slice information and put the issue on RESOLVED
RESOLVED:
- workneeded / review needed / fix to include
after that the issue might be closed by the integrators
