We should either use Null  or use a specific prefix always, so its form a consisten pattern.

DummyUIManager -> NullUIManager

DummyUIManager -> HeadlessUIManager
DummySystemProgressItem -> NullSystemProgressItem
DummySoundSystem -> NullSoundSystem
