I have no idea at all. I didn't do the icons, I just get the ones that are here:� http://gforge.inria.fr/frs/download.php/23453/pharo_document_icons.zip

I converted them form png to icns and then I rename them to the name that they have in the mac vm.

I don't know who did the icons.
