I working on the first step of the migration of the UIManager.

onEventSensorStartup: anEventSensor

anEventSensor flushAllButDandDEvents

```

the problem is that the only class defining 'flushAllButDandDEvents' method do nothing.

It's normal? what is the responsibility of this method?
