The SyntaxErrorDebugger registers itself for Smalltalk tools:

registerToolsOn: registry
������ "Add ourselves to registry. See [Smalltalk tools]"
������ registry register: self as: #syntaxErrorDebugger

And this is used by MorphicUIManager syntaxErrorNotificationDefaultAction: anException
