My own install from scratch is fast on lion on my 2009 MBP.

I've just tried it on Snow Leopard. It is surprisingly slow =/ I dont remember it was that slow with earlier releases (though I only play with when you announce a new release :p) My machine is a 2ghz Core2Duo.
Are there others people experiencing this with OSX?
