Hi,

in the move to the new issues tracking system on fogbuz, how do we create new issues or update existing issues ? I'm trying to push a slice for a bug in Morphic exerced by Glamour/Moose and a change I did last Pharo sprint, and I don't know how to update the relevant issue (7345).
