It should be doable from Iceberg, yes. From that url you can extract

gitfiletree://github.com/ThierryGoubier/filetree.git
- host: github.com
- owner: ThierryGoubier
- project name: filetree

You can use that data to load the repository. However, I see that repository does not exist, I get a 404 (check https://github.com/ThierryGoubier).
Where did you get that URL from?
