Slowly starting with Pharo4� first goal is to get the same setup as Pharo3, after we can improve
the infrastructure� while setting everything up we do some integrations.
(40000 was the start image, 40001 a first empty cs update, 40002 a first update with the complete
process. Missing: Monkey, Git commit�)
