Well, generally with metacello:

- if S2py requires roassal2 version 1 and you have no roassal => it will load it
- if S2py requires roassal2 version 1 and you have version 1 => it will not load it again
- if S2py requires roassal2 version 2 and you have version 1 => it will update it
