What does the "accept" button do in this case? it's like a lot of time for a simple "accept". Perhaps this is doing much more things.
I just had the same issue happen on my Mac, starting with the
pharo0.1-10318dev09.05.4 image and Squeak 4.1.1beta2U VM and then upgrading.
After approximately 2 minutes, everything came back to life.
