shortcut ctrl+number does not work on windows)

And ctrl+tab, but for ctrl+tab to work on windows, there is another change that has
to be done on the image side.

Did this ever worked in a text pane/input field?

Ctrl+Tab does work for me in Nautilus. (But not Playground nor Workspace nor Transcript).

Ctrl+Tab does not work on windows.
