[Pharo-dev] Milliseconds in DateAndTime or TimeStamp

"TimeStamp now" rounds the timestamp, so #asNanoSeconds returns the seconds * 10e9.

Doing “DateAndTime now” solves my issue, but this is a total non-sense.
