You can check our VM builds https://ci.inria.fr/pharo/view/VM/job/PharoVM/configure
basically you will have to run the bash script there an check that all the necessary libs are installed,
for which you will find a script here: https://gitorious.org/pharo-build/pharo-build/source/9fe0d031d4b8d45d464c02cb67710f75b6fa757b:ci-setup/ubuntu-slave-setup.sh
