[Pharo-dev] windows performance

I just discovered a strange anomaly with the windows build concerning the test performance:

If you check the overall speed of the tests, windows is faster than our mac slave

EXCEPT for the trait tests (mac=32s, win=2m9s)! That's a factor 4! whereas otherwise the windows slave is ~20% faster.
